1: Make a shot list and take sample photos

If you need your product to be photographed from specific views, set up your product and take some sample shots. Then, email them to us by providing your order number or by reply to your order confirmation email.

2: Place your order

For orders under 50 photos use online ordering system. If you need more than 50 photos, please contact us with the list of your photo shots by email at info@ shinyphotostudio.com to receive a quote.

3:  Ship us your product

After finishing steps 1 and 2 you need to send us your product to Shiny Photo Studio. We provide the address in your electronic order receipt. You will receive a confirmation email, when we receive your product.

4: We do the job

Once we receive your products we will photograph them in high quality and the standard delivery time usually takes 10 business days. Delivery time is from the day we receive your product.

5: Download your product image

After finishing your product photography, we will notify you by email. You can sign in to your Shiny Photo Studio account to download the photos.

6: Product Return

If you choose to have your product return, we will return it for free if the return cost less than $25 and your order cost is more than $75.

After finishing your product photography, we will notify you by email. You can download your product photos from your Shiny Photo Studio account.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of an image, we will redo it for you free of charge. If you specified the view shots and ask to take a shot from different view, we consider that as a new order and there will be a charge for that.

-INFINITE DOWNLOAD

There is no limitation to download the images. You can download the images as much as you need from your Shiny Photo Studio account.
-RETOUCHING AND COLOR CORRECTION

We take the photos with completely white background to make them compatible with all online retailers websites.
-ANY IMAGE SIZE WITH HIGH QUALITY

We provide any Image size that meet your needs. The normal image size that we deliver is 10” x 8” at 300 dpi or 2000px x 3000px.

-ONLINE USER FRIENDLY GALLERY

We provide high resolution .tif and .jpeg images through Shiny user friendly online gallery. You can download your images from Shiny gallery any time, just by sign in to your Shiny Photo Studio account.

Clipping paths or closed vector path is recommended for Adobe professional. Clipping path is drawing a vector path around the product image.

If you have one product and wants it photographed from three different angles, there will be charge for 3 view shots.
